Holder of 1 Michelin-star, Piora features seasonal Modern American cooking from Chef Christopher Cipollone that honors both the chef’s Italian heritage and that of Proprietor Simon Kim’s Korean roots. Set in an intimate 32-seat dining room, it showcases Cipollone’s inventive food; bread & desserts by Pastry Chef Ryan Butler; cocktails from Head Bartender Kenneth Vanhooser and a 300-label wine list focused on small producers from France, Italy and the US with a special focus on Champagne overseen by new Wine Director Victoria James (Marea, Aureole).
