Faro DR Wide 2 lo by Michael Tulipan

Chef Kevin Adey (ex-Northeast Kingdom) and his wife Debbie Adey (Jean Georges’ restaurants) offer a seasonal American menu, focusing on handmade pastas, sustainable seafood, organic dairy and vegetables, and Animal Welfare Approved meats. All pastas made from wheat flour sourced from an Upstate New York farm and milled in house. Classic-inspired cocktails, local craft beers, and a global list of sustainable wines. Faro breaks the Brooklyn design mold with a large, airy room, tall ceilings and extra-large tables for guests, along with furniture built by area artists.
