Wood Fired American Cooking at Stoke in Charlotte NC
Newly opened Stoke Restaurant and Stoke Bar are bringing modern American wood-fired cooking and creative cocktails to the newly renovated Charlotte Marriott City Center in Charlotte, NC. Under the direction of Chef Chris Coleman, Stoke offers an immersive experience where the walls between kitchen and dining room are removed. Two wood ovens fire up local seafood and meats, while local farmers and producers supply cheese, country hams, produce and more.
Headed up by Todd Bayley, Stoke Bar features over a dozen local craft brews, signature cocktails, an extensive whiskey program and more.
