A partnership of Chef Jonathan Wu (Per Se), Chef de Cuisine Matt John Wells (Mas) and Wilson Tang (Nom Wah Tea Parlor), Fung Tu marries the flavors of Chinatown with the creative and personal cooking of Chinese-American Chef Wu. Wu’s menu features a modern seasonal approach to Chinese cooking influenced by his upbringing and travels around the world. Creative cocktails and a terroir-driven wine list complement the unique menu. The intimate dining room features design elements created by the chef’s wife Jane D’Arensbourg.
