Greenwich Village newcomer Villanelle’s vegetable-forward menu showcases the market-driven New American cooking of Chef Nick Licata (Degustation, Jack’s Luxury Oyster Bar) with many ingredients sourced from the Union Square Greenmarket. GM James Shields (Betony and Jean Georges) oversees the service and beverage program, offering wine, craft beers and creative cocktails.
